Tags are filterable keywords associated with records (products, purchase orders, sales orders, contacts) that can help you find information easily and enhance search.

You can create tags from the account settings page or directly through the detail page. In Orderhive, Tags are color-coded labels. While adding tags, you can select a specific color for every tag. 

Tags in Products:

Create Tags -

  1. Go to Products tab 
  2. Single click to select the product you need to add a tag on. Upon selection, you’ll see a small button at the extreme bottom called “Add Tag”. 
  3. Clicking that will open a small box which lets you enter the tag. If the entered value in the tag already exists, it will pick the same and assign it to the product. However, it creates a new tag if encounters a novice value.

So here’s how you’ll be able to see tagged products on the main Product page.

 Adding tags for Products in Bulk -

  1. Single click to select the products to which you want to add the tags. 
  2. Click “More” at the extreme bottom and then select “Add Tags”.

Manage Tags -
You can follow below steps to reach Product settings :

  1. Go to Settings on the left-hand side bottom of your screen 
  2. Go to Settings > Products to open the settings.

It is a list of tags which you have applied to products. You can manage tags here.

  1. You can change the color of the tag by click on a color dot.
  2. You can edit the name of the tag. It will change on all products too.
  3. You can delete tag. It will be removed from all products too.


Tags in Orders:

So here’s how you’ll be able to see tagged POs on the main Purchases page.

 

Adding tags to Purchase Orders in Bulk -

  1. Select the  Purchase Orders you want to add the tags for. 
  2. Click the button “Add tags” at the extreme bottom.

  1. Go to Settings on the left-hand side bottom of your screen 
  2. Go to Settings > Purchases to open the settings.

 So here’s how you’ll be able to see tagged customers on the main Customers page.


Adding tags for Customers in Bulk:

  1. Single click to select the customers to which you want to add the tags. 
  2. Click “Add Tags” at the extreme bottom.
