Orderhive provides you a provision of specifying the reasons while processing returns for orders.
Follow the below steps to reach Return settings :

  1. Go to Settings on the left-hand side bottom of your screen 
  2. Go to Settings→ Returns.

Orderhive already provides predefined reasons for handling returns. In case if there are any other reasons that need to be added, click on “+”.

  • Type in the reason and click on Add.
  • On clicking on Add, the reason will be saved and will be visible in the list.
  • Reasons can be edited or deleted, once they have been added.
  • Once you click on Edit, you can edit the reason and then click on Save.
  • If you want to delete a specific reason, you can click on Delete and it will prompt for a confirmation. Click on Yes, Remove to delete that particular record permanently.
