This article explains about the order, shipment, and customer details Orderhive imports from Shopify and what information is updated back to Shopify.

Once integrated, Orderhive automatically syncs sales orders and customers from your Shopify store.

Orderhive imports the below order fields from Shopify

Order Number, Order ID

Billing address (Address 1 , address 2, company, city, province, zip)

Shipping Address (Address 1 , address 2, company, city, province, zip)

Payment gateway (synced in Payment method in Orderhive)


Total Price

Notes (Saved as comments in Orderhive)

Line item details (SKU, variant id, name, price, discount, quantity ordered, quantity shipped, quantity returned, tax, tax (%))

Extra items (tax, discount, shipping)

Shipments (Tracking company, tracking number, shipping time)

Payment status is also updated in Orderhive.

Item (quantity, SKU, price, name)

Notes (synced as return reason in Orderhive)


  • If restocked in Shopify, it will get restocked in Orderhive.
  • If refund amount is greater than 0 in Shopify, we create a payment in Orderhive automatically.

Address 1 , address 2, company, city, province, zip

Order Status Mapping

  • If Orderhive receives reason of Order cancellation from Shopify, it will be marked as "Canceled" in Orderhive. 
  • After integration, any new orders, customers, and returns will get imported in Orderhive automatically.
