After the initial sync, whenever a new sales order gets placed on any of your integrated channels, the order will automatically get synced in real-time.

In some cases if the Admin or any user has revoked API access for Orderhive by mistake or intentionally, new orders will fail to get imported.

Note: Sync time to import Amazon orders may take longer as Amazon uses API limits to throttle the large volume of requests.

In case, you haven't revoked API access and still not received orders within 24 hrs, you can contact us on support@orderhive.com. We will be happy to investigate the logs and find out why the order was not synced.
