Orderhive allows managing inventory of both, offline and online channels. When a new channel integrated/added in Orderhive, by default the Stock Update option is enabled. This will sync the changes in the stock of any product to the stores automatically, in case there is any update in stock made either manually in Orderhive or due to a sales order synced from any of the stores where the product is listed. 

However, you can stop these stock updates from getting synced to your channel explicitly by turning OFF the toggle button available on the corresponding store’s settings. 

  • Go to Settings > Stores 
  • Further, click on the required store and turn OFF the toggle button for Push Stock Quantities and save the settings of the store.

Once this setting is saved, Orderhive will stop syncing the stock updates to your channel.

You can at any time enable Orderhive to again start syncing the stock updates to your channel. You need to go again to the stores' settings and turn ON the toggle button for Push Stock Quantities.
