      Amazon Integration Reauthorization

      This article will guide you on how to reauthorize the Amazon API key. Please follow the instructions below. Kindly note that these steps need to be followed for every Amazon merchant and Amazon FBA store connected with your Orderhive account.


      Step 1: Login to your Cin7 Orderhive admin account (my.orderhive.com)

      Step 2: Go to Integrate>>>Active Integration>>>Go inside Amazon Integration

      Step 3: Deactivate the integration

      Step 4: Choose a reason and click on deactivate.

      Step 5: Your Amazon store will be disconnected and the connect to amazon button will be visible on the top right corner.



      Step 6: You will be redirected to Amazon Seller Central. Please login using the admin account.

      Sept 7:  Select account country

      Step 8: Go through the details and Click on confirm in the bottom

      Step 9: You will be redirected to the Orderhive integration page.


      Step 10: Go inside the amazon integration in Orderhive. The amazon account will be activated again.
