This functionality allows you to select the orders in bulk and ship them either by generating the labels, adding tracking numbers or simply marking them as Delivered.
New Shipping Label -
Cin7 Orderhive allows you to generate shipping labels in bulk using Presets. Let's first understand what are Presets and how can they be created in Cin7 Orderhive:
Adding Presets:
Follow the below steps to add Presets:
- Go to Shipments
- Click on Presets
- Click on Add Preset
- Add the necessary details on the Preset form such as Preset Name, Carrier, Weight, Service, Packaging, etc.
- Once selected, click on Done.
- This will create a Preset.
Now let's understand how can we use Presets to generate shipment labels in bulk:
- Go to Orders
- Select the orders that are required to be shipped
- Click on Ship
- Pressing the Ship button will open another dialogue box which will look like the following screenshot:
- Then you need to select a preset for every order. Click on the Select Preset button which will display the list of the created presets.
- Click on the required Preset for each order and the necessary fields like Service and Weight will be auto-populated.
- For shipping from different warehouses, click on Ship From which lets you select the warehouse from the list of created warehouses.
- Click on Done after the completion of these steps and the shipping labels will be purchased and orders will be marked as shipped. You can then download or print the shipping labels.
Existing Shipment -
- Select the courier through which you have shipped the order outside of Cin7 Orderhive or create your own shipping courier if it is not available in the list.
- Add associated tracking numbers to them.
- For shipping from the different warehouses, click on Ship From which lets you select the warehouse from the list of created warehouses.
- After filling in the required details, click on Done.
Deliver Shipments:
- This will directly mark the orders as completed.
- The Ship from the warehouse can be changed if required.
- Then, simply click on Done which will directly mark the orders as Completed.
