CS-Cart Order Management
This article explains about the order and customer details Orderhive imports from Cs-Cart and which corresponding statuses is updated back to Cs-Cart.
Once integrated, Orderhive automatically syncs sales orders and customers from your CS-Cart store.
Orderhive imports the below order fields from CS-Cart:
Notes (synced as comments in Orderhive)
Details (synced as comments in Orderhive)
Line items (SKU, name, price, qty shipped, qty ordered, discount, tax)
Address (first name, last name, address 1 and 2, city, state, zip code, country, phone)
Extra items (tax, discount, shipping cost, payment surcharge)
Shipments (products, qty ordered, total shipped, carrier, tracking no., shipment time)
Orderhive imports the below customer details from CS-Cart
First name, last name
Order Status Mapping
This image shows the statuses synced from CS-Cart are updated as what status in Orderhive and vice-versa.
Any shipment created for a CS-Cart order in Orderhive, the tracking number and courier name will get automatically updated to CS-Cart.
New Orders & Customers Sync
After initial sync, any new orders and customers will get imported in Orderhive automatically.
