A shipment label generated within Cin7 Orderhive for an order can be downloaded and printed from within Cin7 Orderhive at any given point in time.
You can generate shipment labels only for the orders which have been marked as shipped using a shipping carrier from within Cin7 Orderhive.
Printing the Shipment Labels Individually:
There are two options to print the shipping label individually:
1) From Orders module:
- Go to the Orders module. Open the order for which you want to print the label from the Shipped (or Delivered) status.
- Scroll down to the Shipment section and click on the 3-dot menu in the shipment row. You will see Print Ship Label/Download Ship Label buttons.
There will also be an overlay button at the bottom of the page saying Shipment created. Download Label. You can click on that download button to download the Ship Label PDF.
- Alternatively, you can also click on the More button, and click on the Download Ship Label button to download the ship label PDF.
2) From Shipments module:
- Go to the Shipments module. Open the order/shipment which is in the Pending or To Handover status.
- There will be two separate buttons to either Print Ship Label or Download Ship Label.
Printing the Shipment Labels in Bulk:
1) From Orders module:
- Go to the Orders module. Using the check-boxes, select the orders for which you want to print/download the shipping labels.
- Click on More and then click on Print Ship Label or Download Ship Label button in the pop-up menu bar. It’ll generate and download/print a combined ship label PDF for all selected orders.
2) From Shipments module:
- Go to the Shipments module. Using the check-boxes, select the orders/shipments for which you want to print/download the shipping labels.
- Click on the Print Ship Label or Download Ship Label button at the bottom of the screen. It’ll generate and download/print a combined ship label PDF for all selected orders.
