Reaching Integration Settings:

Integrating your eBay store is a simple process with no technical support required. You’ll find the steps to integrate on the Add integration page.

  • Go to Settings> Integrations to add the eBay store. Click on the eBay integration icon.

  • Instructions to integrate eBay will be given on the first page. Read them briefly and click on Next.

  • Enter the desired Store Name (keep it short one word without special character) and also the Store Country from the drop-down.

There are various new functions and checks available at the time of integration like:

  • Automatically archive product in Cin7 Orderhive when deleted on eBay store:
If this option is ON (recommended), the product will be automatically archived in Cin7 Orderhive if they are deleted on the eBay store.
Also, it is important to note that the product gets archived only after Instant Product Sync is done and completed. The automatic archive will not work until instant product sync is not performed.
If this option is OFF, the product will stay in Cin7 Orderhive even though it is deleted from your store. You might have to archive it again in Cin7 Orderhive if you don’t want to see the product in the list.
  • Warehouses to Fulfill from:
This shows the list of all the available warehouses whose inventory quantity should reflect on your eBay store. A single warehouse, all or a combination can be selected according to the requirement.
For example, if you turn ON two warehouses, an addition of stock of 2 warehouses will be reflected in the store.
  • Maximum quantity of stock available for sale on eBay: This option will help you mention stock you want to keep constant on the eBay store if the actual stock is greater than mentioned stock.
Example: Suppose the value of this option is 10 and product ABC has a stock of 12 Qty, then 10 will be updated on the store. If product XYZ has a stock of 9 Qty, then 9 will be updated on the store.
This is a non-mandatory field. Keep it blank if you want to send full stock from all the selected warehouses.
  • Default Warehouse: The default warehouse will be the one from which the stock will be reserved whenever an order syncs from the eBay integration.
  • Sync Orders From: This helps to select the appropriate date you want to sync orders from your eBay store.
  • Once all the above information is added, click on Done.

It’ll show dialogue box as shown below with information about the integration. Click on Go Ahead.

You’ll be redirected to eBay. Login to your account and accept the terms of integration. Once it’s done, you’ll be redirected back to Cin7 Orderhive and the integration will be completed and will start syncing data from eBay to Cin7 Orderhive.

Note: If you sell in multiple countries using single eBay account, you only need to integrate that account once with Cin7 Orderhive. If you integrate the same account twice with Cin7 Orderhive, order and product data will be duplicated in Cin7 Orderhive and it’ll cause issues with sync.
