FTP Integration Reauthorization

This article will guide you on how to reauthorize the FTP integration in Orderhive. Please follow the instructions below. Kindly note that these steps need to be followed for every FTP Integration connected with your Orderhive account.

Step 1: Login to your FTP account or ask your FTP provider to generate new credentials (either username/password both or just password).

Step 2: Go to Integrate > Active Integration > Go inside FTP integration

Update the FTP Username and Password and click on Next to save and update the Integration.
