Every Cin7 Orderhive account consists of a real-time chat window through which you can chat with our support agents or drop a quick message. 

To start chatting, click on the Message icon located at the bottom right part of the screen. And open a new chat from the Your Chats section. 

 

You can even attach files in the chat to send a quick screenshot to explain your queries/concerns or report an issue. This will make it easier for our support and tech team to come up with a solution at the earliest.
