How to reset the password of a user in Orderhive?

It is very easy to reset the password for your Cin7 Orderhive account. If you know your password and want to change it then kindly follow the below steps.

• Go to Settings 
• Click on Profile
• Click on Change 

• Enter the current password
• Then, enter the New Password
• Confirm the New Password by reentering it.
• Click on Done

You can cancel the operation at any point of time by clicking on Cancel if you do not want to reset your password.

• Once you have changed the password, simply click on Save button.

Just in case if you have forgotten your password and you are not able to login into your Cin7 Orderhive account, then the below steps can be followed to reset the password:

• Go to my.orderhive.com
• Click on Forgot Password

• Enter your registered email address
• Click on Submit

• An email will be sent to your registered email id with the reset password link. Click on the link that you have received in the email.

• Add the new password and confirm the same.
• Click on Submit
• As you click on Submit, your password will be changed.
