Cin7 Orderhive provides seamless integration with one of the leading marketplace called Jet.
Reaching Jet Integration:
Follow the below steps to reach Jet integration
- Click on Settings > Integration.
- Click on Marketplaces > Jet
Setup:
The process of integrating Jet is divided into 2 easy steps. There are detailed instructions available at each step.
- Setting up Jet Store
- Adding Integration
You can follow the detailed instructions given on the first page. After following instructions please click on Next.
Store Name:
Enter the desired Store Name. Try to keep it short.
Adding API User Key, Secret Key, and FulfillmentNode Id:
Here, you need to add the API user key, API Secret Key, and FulfillmentNode Id which you have obtained by following instructions on the first page.
Automatically archive product in Cin7 Orderhive when deleted on Jet store:
If this option is ON (recommended), the product will be automatically archived in Cin7 Orderhive if they are deleted on.Jet store.
Also, it is important to note that the product gets archived only after Instant Product Sync is done and completed. The automatic archive will not work until and unless instant product sync is not performed.
If this option is OFF, the product will stay in Cin7 Orderhive even though it is deleted on your store. You might have to manually archive it in Cin7 Orderhive if you don’t want to see the product.
Automap duplicate SKUs:
If you have multiple listings of the same SKU on the channel, this feature will allow you to map the multiple listings into a single listing in Cin7 Orderhive. The quantity updated for the single listing here will be pushed to all the mapped listings on the channel. If you keep this option ON, Cin7 Ordehive will display a single listing for all the duplicate SKUs.
Warehouses to Fulfill from:
This shows the list of all the available warehouses whose inventory quantity should reflect on your Jet store. A single warehouse, all or a combination can be selected according to the requirement.
For example, if you turn ON two warehouses, an addition of stock of 2 warehouses will be reflected on the store.
Default Warehouse:
This shows the list of all the available warehouses in the drop-down where you can select one from which you want to reserve stock by default on receiving an order.
Sync Orders From:
This helps to select the appropriate date you want to sync orders from your Jet store.
After adding and selecting all necessary information please click on Done to initiate the integration process.
