Cin7 Orderhive syncs these types of products from Magento: Simple, Configurable & Virtual.
Cin7 Orderhive imports the below product fields from Magento:
- Name
- SKU
- Short description
- Quantity
- Price
- Entity ID
Inventory Updates
All your Magento products will get populated on the products listing page. The quantity is saved under the Available stock field in Cin7 Orderhive. All the products will be part of the warehouse you selected while integrating your store.
When stock levels get updated automatically to Magento
Whenever you change the stock in Cin7 Orderhive or a new sales order drops in on Magento or on any integrated channel associated with the product synced from Magento, Cin7 Orderhive will automatically push new stock levels to Magento in real-time.
Here’s how you can change the stock in Cin7 Orderhive manually:
From the Products Module,
- Go to the product of which the stock needs to be adjusted.
- Click on the on-hand quantity.
- Enter the new quantity and Update.
This action will trigger Cin7 Orderhive to update the stock automatically to Magento in real-time provided the Quantity Updates setting for the corresponding store is ON. If it is not kindly turn it ON from Settings > Stores > Click on the corresponding store > Turn ON the toggle button for Push Quantity Updates.
Automatic Price Updates
Along with the available stock, you can even change the retail price of a Magento product. The new price will get updated to Magento in real-time. You can edit the price from the product listing page or the product detail page.
Enter the new price in the Updated Price field and click outside the box to save. This will trigger Cin7 Orderhive to update the price to Magento automatically.
New Products Sync
After integration, any new products added to your Magento store will be imported into Cin7 Orderhive if you use the Instant Product Sync feature.
Go to the Products page and press the Sync button for your Magento store to sync new products.
