This article explains about the order and customer details imported from Magento and what information is updated back to Magento.

Increment ID

Entity ID

Currency

Total

Status History (synced as comments in )

Billing Address

Shipping Address

Payment method

Payment status (not paid, paid, partially paid)

Tax type (Inward, Outward)

Line items (SKU, Name, Quantity shipped, ordered, canceled, and refunded , discount, tax, tax (%))

Extra items (Shipping, Shipping tax, shipping discount)

Shipments (tracking number, courier name)

Cin7 Orderhive imports the below customer details from Magento

Email

First name, Middle Name, Last name

Address (Street, company, city, region, postcode)

Telephone

Entity ID

Order Status Mapping:

This image shows the statuses synced from Magento are updated as what status in and vice-versa. 

Shipment Updates:

Once a shipment is created for a Magento order, the tracking number and courier name will get automatically updated to Magento. 

New Orders & Customers Sync

After the initial sync, any new orders and customers will get imported automatically.
