My card has expired, how can I change my card details to keep the subscription active?

If the attached card has expired or due to some fraudulent activities the card that was attached has been suspended, then you can use this functionality to update the credit or debit card attached with your Cin7 Orderhive account.

• Go to Settings > Billing.
• Click on the Update option.

• A  tab will open for you to enter the new card details.

• Once all the details are entered, click on the Update Card button.
• The new card information that is added will be saved and the newly attached card will be considered as the default card for subscription charges.
