QuickBooks Online Integration - Purchase orders & Bills

Once the Quickbooks account is integrated with Orderhive, Purchase Orders and corresponding Bills can be sent from Orderhive directly.

POs created will show up in the TO RAISE section. From here, one can raise the PO to the supplier and simultaneously a PO will be synced to the QB account.

Below is the flow exchange between Orderhive and QB.

Orderhive will send the following details to QB:

Purchase Order ID
Products mentioned in the PO

For sending the Bill in the QB, a PO would need to be marked as Received. For receiving the POs, double click on any PO and click on RECEIVE at the bottom. This would send a bill along with new Inventory level after the stock received. The Inventory assets will be calculated accordingly.

The bills will get synced to Expenses under transactions in QuickBooks.
