      ShipStation Reauthorization

      This article will guide you on how to re-authenticate the ShipStation API keys. Please follow the instructions below. Kindly note that these steps need to be followed for every ShipStation store connected with your Orderhive account.


      Step 1: Login to ShipStation admin account (https://signin.shipstation.com/login)

      Step 2: Go to Setting gear (Top right corner) > Account > API Settings > Regenerate API Keys


      Step 3: Open Orderhive and Go to Integrate > Active Integration > Go inside the relevant ShipStation store. Update API Key and API Secret generated on ShipStation page > Click Test Connection and Sync Stores > Done.
