Cin7 Orderhive imports the below order fields from Shopify
Order Number, Order ID
Billing address (Address 1 , address 2, company, city, province, zip)
Shipping Address (Address 1 , address 2, company, city, province, zip)
Payment gateway (synced in Payment method in Cin7 Orderhive)
Notes (Saved as comments in Cin7 Orderhive)
Line item details (SKU, variant id, name, price, discount, quantity ordered, quantity shipped, quantity returned, tax, tax (%))
Extra items (tax, discount, shipping)
Shipments (Tracking company, tracking number, shipping time)
Payment status is also updated in Cin7 Orderhive.

Order Status Mapping

- If Cin7 Orderhive receives a reason for Order cancellation from Shopify, it will be marked as "Canceled" here
- After integration, any new orders, customers, and returns will get imported in Cin7 Orderhive automatically.
Push Stock Quantities: This toggle button enables you to push the inventory quantities to the Shopify channel.
Push Order Status Updates: This toggle button enables you to push the status updates from Confirmed to Delivered from Cin7 Orderhive to Shopify.
Push Price Updates: This toggle button enables you to push the price updates from Cin7 Orderhive to Shopify.
Get Shopify recommendation of risk on Order: Order risks show the results of fraud checks that have been completed on an order. They appear in the Fraud analysis section of an order's details page in the Shopify admin which is pulled in Cin7 Orderhive.
Automatically archive products in Cin7 Orderhive when deleted on store: When any product has been deleted in Shopify, those products will be auto-archived in Cin7 Orderhive so that they don’t appear in the product list.
Automap duplicate products: If the product is listed multiple times, then enabling this toggle will map it automatically in Cin7 Orderhive.
Do you use multi-currency in Shopify Store? In case of using multiple currencies on the Shopify store, this option needs to be enabled. The order will sync into Cin7 Orderhive with Shopify’s currency.
Whether the customer should be notified? Enabling this will trigger an email from Shopify to be sent to the customer when the order status gets updated.
Stop Sync PII data: In case you don’t wish to sync the PII data from Shopify you can enable this toggle option.
