Shopify Reauthorization

This article will guide you on how to reauthorize the Shopify API key. Please follow the instructions below. Kindly note that these steps need to be followed for every Shopify store connected with your Orderhive account.

Step 1: Login to Shopify Admin account (https://admin.shopify.com/login)

Step 2: Go to settings

Step 3: Go to Apps and Sales Channels

Step 4: Click on Installed>>Click on options for Orderhive Inventory Management (3 horizontal dots)>>>Uninstall. 

Step 5: Click on Uninstall. This will uninstall the Cin7 Orderhive app from your Shopify store. You can refer to uninstall app article for more information

Step 6: Login to Orderhive (my.orderhive.com)

Step 7: Go to Integrate>>>Active Integration>>>Go inside Shopify integration

Step 8: Click on connect to Shopify

Step 9: You will be redirected to Shopify. Click on install app.

Step 10: You will be redirected to Orderhive and the integration will be active again with the authentication.
