Stop stock updates from getting synced to channels

Cin7 Orderhive allows managing inventory of both, offline and online channels. When a new channel is integrated in Cin7 Orderhive, by default the Stock Update option is enabled. This will sync the changes in the stock of any product in Cin7 orderhive to the stores automatically, in case there is any update in stock made either manually in Cin7 Orderhive or due to a sales order synced from any of the stores where the product is listed. 

However, you can stop these stock updates from getting synced to your channel explicitly by turning OFF the toggle button available on the corresponding store’s settings. 

• Go to Settings > Integrations
• Further, click on the required store and turn OFF the toggle button for Push Stock Quantities and save the settings of the store.

Once this setting is saved, Cin7 Orderhive will stop syncing the stock updates to your channel.

You can at any time enable this setting in Cin7 Orderhive to again start syncing the stock updates to your channel. You need to go to the stores' settings and turn ON the toggle button for Push Stock Quantities.
