Dashboard metrics and their meaning:

Summary:

The summary section in Cin7 Orderhive will basically summarize the metrics of different modules in Cin7 Orderhive and provide you with the data for making important business decisions.

Order Summary:

Through Order Summary, you can identify & compare channels that are generating maximum orders and revenue over a specified time period. All the data will be shown store-wise.

The Order Summary graph shows a summary based on the No of Orders or the Revenue.

You can also filter the data according to the date filters available. It allows you to select dates over a specific range of days as well as your own custom dates.

Sales Summary:

Sales Summary allows you to understand the revenue, total units sold, total orders, and average order size over a specified time period across all your integrated channels. It will also display the percentage increase/decrease in the figures within the selected time range.

Store Summary:

Through Store Summary you can get the total revenue and no. of orders over a specified time period for each integrated channel. This will also show the percentage increase/decrease in the figures within the selected time range.

Orders Overview:

Here you can find out the number of orders you have received today. Along with that, you can also see the number of Orders to Confirm, Orders to Ship, Orders to Complete & the orders whose payments are pending. Clicking on the Order numbers will take you to those respective orders to view them in detail.

Shipment Overview:

Here you can find the number of shipments in the following state - Pending shipments, Info received, In transit & Out for delivery. Also the number of shipments with exception/failed attempt. Clicking on the Shipment numbers will take you to those respective shipments to view them in detail.

Product Overview:

This section will provide an overview of the total number of products that are in stock, low in stock, out of stock, and the no. of duplicate SKUs. Clicking on the Product numbers will take you to those respective products to view them in detail.

What’s New:

By clicking on the What’s New tab you can check the information about new product updates of Cin7 Orderhive.

Feedback:

If any feature or integration that you require is not available in Cin7 Orderhive, you can raise a new feature request by going into the Feedback section of the Dashboard. Our team will review the feedback and would take feature ideas into consideration if it’s feasible with software for future development roadmap and keep you updated with the status.
