This article explains the order and customer details that Cin7 Orderhive imports from Vend after integration. Once integrated, Cin7 Orderhive automatically syncs sales orders and customers from Vend.
Cin7 Orderhive imports the below order fields from Vend:
Customer details
Payment method name
Notes (synced as comments)
Total
Line item details (Status, name, SKU, Price, quantity)
Billing and shipping address
Payment status mapping (Total payment, Total to pay)
Invoice no.
Cin7 Orderhive imports the below customer details from Vend:
First name, last name
Address (Physical and shipping address)
Mobile
Gmail
Note: For Walk-in customers, if you enter the details in Vend we will bring it in Cin7 Orderhive else it would be empty.
Order Status Mapping
This image shows the statuses synced from Vend are updated as to what status in Cin7 Orderhive.
The below image shows Cin7 Orderhive order statuses that are updated back to VEND.
Note: Any changes made to order statuses in Cin7 Orderhive will get updated to Vend automatically but not vice versa.
INTEGRATION SETTINGS:
Push Stock Quantities: This toggle button enables you to push the inventory quantities to the channel.
Push Order Status Updates: This toggle button enables you to push the order status updates from Cin7 Orderhive to Vend.
Push Price Updates: This toggle button enables you to push the price updates from
Cin7 Orderhive to Vend .
Automatically archive product in Cin7 Orderhive when deleted on store: When any product has been deleted on Vend, those products will be auto-archived in Cin7 Orderhive so that they don’t appear in the product list.
Automap duplicate SKUs: When any two or more products have the same SKU, those products will be automatically mapped if this option is enabled.
New Orders & Customers Sync:
After the initial sync, any new orders and customers will get imported into Cin7 Orderhive automatically.
