What if my SKUs are not similar across my websites and marketplace stores?

SKU is an important identifier for us to link two or more products in Cin7 Orderhive to help you centralize inventory across multiple channels.

If you want Cin7 Orderhive to centralize your inventory, you need to make sure the products have similar SKUs. If you haven't integrated your channels in Cin7 Orderhive, you can first make all the SKUs similar and then opt to sync. (Settings >> Integrations >> Open the Integration >> Automap Duplicate SKUs )

However, if you have already synced your channels with separate products and want to centralize inventory, then you can link them manually by Selecting the products >> Map option.
