Notes (synced as comments in Cin7 Orderhive)
Payment details (Payment method and payment status updated)

Cin7 Orderhive imports the below customer details from WooCommerce
First name, last name
Phone
Country
Address (Billing address: 1, 2, Company, state, city, post code)
Order Status Mapping
The below image refers to the statuses synced from WooCommerce and their corresponding relevant status displayed in Cin7 Orderhive.
Shipment Updates
Once a shipment is created for a WooCommerce order in Cin7 Orderhive, tracking number and courier name will automatically get updated to WooCommerce under the Notes field in Order. Also, the end customer will also be notified depending on the channel settings.
New Orders & Customers Sync
After initial sync, any new orders and customers will get imported in Cin7 Orderhive automatically.
Notes:
If in WooCommerce, order is marked as paid, then it will sync in Cin7 Orderhive and payment status will be marked as paid.
